This 140 strong practice based in the heart of Covent Garden possesses an enviable reputation within the performing arts, hotels and commercial sectors and currently require a Part II Assistant with at least 2 years PQE to join their Arts Team. You will gain extensive exposure on high profile Arts schemes within the value of £2m to £40m so quality project experience to further your career will be on offer. Your main role will be to assist in the refurbishment of listed theatres and new build performing arts complexes. You will also be heavily involved with producing feasibility studies and design presentations whilst managing and coordinating detailed planning applications. Close liaison will be required with the client, project manager, consultant team to develop schemes and final delivery of the finished product. Ideally you will possess previous experious working on similar buldings but also some Microstation literacy will be required.
