An exciting & urgent requirement for 5 internal recruiters in Dubai has arisen. Our client is a large corporate player employing more than 5000 people in over 15 countries. Their business covers Investment, property, insurance, Securities, Trading, food and other complementary business activities. Their investment arm alone manages some $3 billion worth of assets.

They are looking for an individual who has a strong track record within recruitment. Agency experience is acceptable although a candidate with internal recruitment experience is an advantage. My client is flexible in terms of the sectors you have recruited into although a background in Financial recruitment, IT recruitment or similar would be advantageous.

You will be working within their internal recruitment team which employs over 20 people. Your day-to-day function will be sourcing primarily finance candidates at all levels up to six figure packages.

Candidates with Arabic or Urdu/Hindu language is an advantage due to the nature of their market and the candidates they will be sourcing. Also a strong desire and reason for relocating to Dubai is necessary.
