Internal Recruitment – Team lead

Our client is a well known, market-leading IT Services company providing business and technology solutions. They are currently looking for an experienced recruitment professional to join their internal recruitment team.

Managing a team of 4 recruiters you will be responsible for ensuring delivery of the full recruitment process within your assigned business silo. Therefore you should have a track record of team management skills and the ability to work in a highly pressured and target driven environment.

The ideal candidate should have solid recruitment experience within an in-house environment or agency and demonstrate the ability to source candidates through low cost recruitment channels (including networking & headhunting).

The ability to work within a defined Service Level Agreement necessitates strong organisational skills and a good commercial awareness.
