Our client is a cutting edge design practice of 35 architects based in Dubai specialising in contemporary architecture. Projects are approached with a strong belief that good design and unique spatial imagery and resolution provide better property investments for owners and developers. They are looking to recruit an experienced project leader with design flair and sound technical ability to work on a major waterfront mixed use development in downtown Dubai to include residential towers, hotels and leisure. The practice have confirmed that they have been appointed to work as the lead consultant on the scheme so continuity of work from an early stage is a reality. Successful applicants must have a proven track record of delivering high profile landmark projects and it is envisaged you will already be working for one of major players in the industry. A superb opportunity to join a growing practice with the prospect of becoming a project director in a relatively short time period. Salary (generally tax free for overseas nationals) will be £55,000 to £70,000 + package. Overseas candidates can expect a telephone interview in the first instance.
