Job Description
Our client is a well known retailer with a network of stores UK wide. They are seeking a CAD Technician with a good understanding of current building regulations and proven post qualification experience in a relevant position. You will be fluent in AutoCAD. Your duties will include the preparation of production drawings and design layouts for an extensive expansion programme of new stores. You will be directly reporting to the in house architect and associated departments. The position is office based in Croydon with occasional site visits (UK wide) and consultant meetings with contractors / project managers. Very good long term prospects, good starting salary between £25,000 and £30,000 depending on experience, annual bonus, profit share, private dental/healthcare insurance, contributory pension, 23 days annual leave and full ongoing training and development.
