Job Description:

Managing a broad range of projects for a prestigious client at Stansted Airport, whilst understanding the broader implications of a project, to achieve the best deal for the client;

Creating and developing the success of projects through a clear strategy and proactive commitment;

Responsibility for managing the client's expectations in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities:
Taking a key role in delivering project team objectives and priorities, working as a proactive team player;

Overseeing the complete management of projects;

Planning, controlling and delivering projects to a successful conclusion;

Creating a team environment in which everyone is committed to producing a quality outcome;

Gaining the confidence of the client.

Skills required:
Professional and diligent manner;

Ability to gain the confidence of the client;

Effective communication ensuring all information is available for the successful completion of projects;

Energetic and motivated with natural drive and innovative flair;

The ability to advise and guide colleagues in a supportive, interactive fashion ensuring that programmes are agreed, targets set and deadlines achieved;

A broad thinker who can take a global view and has an inherent ability to 'get the job done'

A tenacious individual who asks questions, listens to answers, defines problems and implements change

Knowledge:
A depth of knowledge of different construction processes and forms of procurement;

A forward-thinking approach to the management of clients and projects;
