Job Description
Child Care Lawyers required for Local Government organisations predominately in London and the Home Counties. Many of our positions are for an immediate start and typically for a 2-6 month period.
If you have solid Family Law experience gained either in the public sector or in private practice and are planning to come to the UK we would be pleased to hear from you.
TYPICAL DUTIES INCLUDE:-
Emergency protection orders/ Police Protection Orders
Urgent interim care and supervision orders
Appearing in Court for both the above, plus directions hearings and final uncontested hearings
Advising Social Services
