Job Description
One of the UK's most progressive Housing Partnerships, is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to assist and support in the continuous improvement of the maintenance service provided to residents.
You will research and disseminate best practice and innovation as well as reporting on performance; you will develop Business Improvement Projects and lead on their delivery.
You will be required to assess and review changes to government policy, legislation and regulation to identify implications for policy and procedures.
To apply, you must have previous experience at a senior operational level in maintenance and desirably a professional qualification i.e. MRICS or CIOB. You will be able to demonstrate an intimate understanding of maintenance law and legislation, have previous staff management experience and show an ability to manage and delivery projects.
The appointment will be made on a direct contract basis until March 2008
