Job Description

This position as a Building Surveyor working with a Local Authority requires you to have previous experience working on special needs projects or aids and adaptation works. You will be confident in stepping up to the challenge in being able to act as Contract Administrator on small projects including surveying and specifying works and instructing specialist contractors.

You will possess BSc or HND qualification, be able to use NBS, AutoCAD and a working knowledge of Building Health and Legislations. A current, valid driving license is required and the use of a car is essential.
