Job Description
RGB is a leading technical recruitment firm operating from 4 UK locations. We currently employ over 50 staff and expect a turnover of £12 Million in 2007. As an Investor In People organisation you can expect a comprehensive Induction and Training package at RGB. Our culture is fun but professional in a modern office environment. We have the latest technology, which includes Microsoft applications and a powerful database package.
The work is varied and challenging and there are tight deadlines to meet. RGB have a database of candidates from a diverse background. You will be required to ensure candidates have the correct paperwork to work in the UK. This will involve Visa/Passport checks, qualification checks and match these to service agreement criteria. You will also be in contact with our current contract workers, ensuring that our service quality is at the highest standards. You will meet candidates regularly either on RGB premises or travel across the Southeast for verification checks. You will also be involved in web advertising and candidate response management.
You will be an excellent communicator, IT literate with a minimum of GCSE grade C in Maths and English.
