Working for an end user client you will be part of a team of 6 individuals who are responsible for hiring Sales & Marketing individuals into this business within the £30k-£100k+ salary brackets.

Candidate skills required

You must have a background in Recruitment coupled with experience of working onsite. You should be capable of managing a direct resource strategy and have a good technical knowledge of how & where to source candidates (i.e. mapping out of markets and candidates within it, headhunting and managing the process). Thus a background in Executive Search would be advantageous.

You should have natural drive, be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You must also be able to demonstrate a good team ethic and a pro-active approach to your recruitment.
Salary £35-£40k basic (Neg), 20% annual bonus.
