£30k-£35k basic + performance related pay. OTE £50k+

Our client are one of the Recruitment Industry's success stories – growing extremely quickly and winning numerous industry accolades. They are currently looking for an experienced recruiter to join their team as a Sales trainer. Your main objectives will include: developing and improving the training of new sales staff (predominantly contract recruiters), updating current assessment day practices, delivering a 6 month training programme to new hires, brand marketing of this organisation, assist team leaders in coaching and creating a culture of high expectation and achievement.

The ideal candidate should come from an IT Recruitment background and be able to demonstrate a strong track record of success in a sales environment. You should also have an acute business awareness, with excellent persuasive presentation skills and have an ambitious & creative approach to your training. Experience of training would obviously be beneficial although we are happy to talk to candidates who may have done this on a more ‘ad hoc' basis.

Your remuneration package will also an include an impressive incentive package. This is designed to reward you for the training you have given – i.e. you will receive a direct cut of what your training has achieved.
