Overview of company

Our client are a large Investment Banking organisation employing more than
600 people in over 30 countries. You will be working through a managed
service organisation who have had a recruitment team based onsite for the
last 8 years.

Full job description (responsibilities, remit etc)

You will be responsible for managing the onsite team (currently 12) and the
overall service delivery to this account. You will have overall
responsibility for recruitment within 10 specific areas (including IT,
Finance, Support, Operations) and individual recruitment responsibility for
the Finance area.

You will be expected to be involved in strategic planning and be constantly
aware of ways to improve and expand the service offering.
Taking responsibility for leadership of the team you will act as source of
support and knowledge to the individual members of the team.

Candidate skills required

Ideally Educated to Degree standard the successful applicant must have
previous in-house recruitment experience where you have managed.
Our client is keen to see applicants who have experience of high volume
recruitment, experience of competency based interviewing and experience of
dealing with managers at all levels. A strong background in permanent
recruitment would be advantageous.
You should have natural drive, be self-motivated and able to work in a
fast-paced environment. You must also be able to demonstrate a good team
ethic and a pro-active approach to your recruitment.

Salary
£45k basic, £5k car allowance, bonus paid twice a year.
