Job Description
A South East London Housing Association is looking for an Interim Maintenance Manager to start immediately for an initial three month contract.
Your overall role will be to ensure that a efficient responsive maintenance service is provided to all tenants and residents. You will be leading a team of 9 surveyors, monitoring budgets and develop policies and procedures relating to maintenance operations. You will be actively participating in the strategic management of the organisation.
The Successful candidate will have previously managed a maintenance team and posses a strong technical background. You will be a car driver and have a relevant qualification.
