This Essex based practice is looking for an architect or technician with excellent technical ability to join their team and work on a range of large residential developments.

The current project that needs attention is a block of 35 flats based in Newquay currently at working drawing phase. As such, an ability to prepare construction details and all packages quickly and to high specification is essential. Applicants will also be responsible for liaising with the designer to ensure the project is completed to specification.

Knowledge of UK building regulations and AutoCAD is essential. This is an ongoing contract role, however, for the right person, there is the opportunity to join the practice as a member of permanent staff following an initial trial period.
