Job Description
A North West London Council requires a RICS Building Surveyor immediately for an initial three month contract.
You will be expected to write a detailed tender specification for procurement of consultancy services through OJEU for the final pre-construction feasibility stage of a new civic centre for the Borough and to advise and take part in the selection panel.
Detailed specifications will be required for real estate advice, to recommend a proposal for a preferred and architectural advice, acting as a development consultant to firm up a detailed project brief.
It is essential that applicants will have experience of writing detailed specifications for a similar large building project and can start immediately.
