Job Description
This exciting opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to work with this Local Authority, where you will be required to use your knowledge and understanding of writing specifications for extensive building projects.
You will participate in the writing of detailed tender specifications for the procurement of consultancy services through the OJEU for final pre-construction feasibility stage of this large project. You will advise and take part in the selection panel. You will also act as the Development Consultant providing advice to firm up a detailed project brief (RIBA Stage C) as well as recommending a fully costed proposal for the preferred site.
