Job Description

This Housing Association provide high quality, affordable homes, on rental or shared ownership basis. They have an excellent opportunity which will require you to successfully deal with all property and professional surveying matters outside the scope of the Surveying Project Officers and Development Section. You will control and monitor sales under the Right to Buy and Acquire legislations, preparing draft annual programme of planned works for budget consideration.

This temporary role, will potentially progress into a permanent role for the ideal candidate.
