Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Building Surveyor to both lead and actively manage projects as well as managing a staff of 10 qualified professional surveyors. Our client is a Local Authority and the role will focus on managing the cyclical maintenance of all public buildings and schools and also manage the corporate asset management service advising on strategic asset management. The position is for an initial 3 months with a strong possibility of the contract rolling on for a longer period.
