Job Description
I am dealing with a very challenging position for a Registered Manager in the Wiltshire Area. The ideal applicant will be an RGN or RMN and have or be willing to undertake the RMA/NVQ4 qualification. The successful candidate will be a very determined individual with excellent commercial/business acumen to be able to turn this failing home around. The manger will be a very resilient person who has a concise and market focused approach. The company which owns the establishment is a large care home provider who will provide support for the new manager. The salary package will be in the range of 31k but will have a large annual performance related bonus on top of around 6k.
