Our new Fine Dining Restaurant is located in Central London (Marble Arch) and will be open to the public the 23rd of March 2007.

It will be a 42 seats Restaurant with a team of 14/15 people in the dining room including Commis Waiters/Chef de Rang & Waiters/Head Waiters & Sommelier. The kitchen will be under the supervision of a nationwide well-known UK Head Chef and serving modern British cuisine with French influence.

Currently we have a great opportunity for a Commis Waiter/waitress.

We offer an excellent salary package, 40 hours per week, days off on Saturday lunchtime – plus Sunday & Monday and Saturday, sociable shifts, a smart fine dining environment with an International clientele.

The ideal Commis Waiter/Waitress will have:
• Good communication skills, friendly attitude and smart appearance
• Past experience in a fine dining Restaurant either as a Commis Waiter or Junior Waiter
• Reliable and consistent past experience, willing to progress and customer focused

In return, we will offer:
• Salary of £16,000 per year including service charge
