Job Description

Ideally you’ll be coming from a PQS background, be RICS accredited and have experience of working on high profile, million £, time sensitive projects in commercial, retail, regeneration, finance or generalist QS work. Ideally we’re looking for candidates with City exposure, fit out and new build.

Our client is looking to continue it’s aggressive expansion plans, to do this we need to identify strong Associate Directors whom can help drive the business forward. You’ll either be an established AD, or a senior Cost Consultant looking to make the step up. We’re looking for client facing Cost Consultants whom are commercially aware with in-depth knowledge of the Manchester market place.

We’re looking to speak to people whom have a genuine desire to get involved with a fast growing PQS practice. Our client offers an excellent benefits packages (car allowance, pension, BUPA, health care…), a great working environment, and some very high profile projects.
