Job Description
This leading consultancy are actively looking for an experienced Estimator to provide approximate estimates for Building works and Civil Engineering in support of Projects in the London Rail Portfolio but with the emphasis on the East London Line.
You will be identifying change from emerging design data and preparing change requests and identification of risks to capital cost and programme together with quantification of the same.
You must demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm to promote the principle of equality in employment and service delivery.
The annual budgets for the schemes are from £50m to £300milion and you will have a background on a variety of new build and refurbishment projects. Be able to show a proven track record in the preparation of reliable estimates for Building works including electrical, mechanical and public health installations.
Experience of Railway projects would be an advantage but not essential.
