Job Description

Site Manager RC residential. Site Manager required for an established Civil Engineering Contractor on a major 2 year new build residential project. Experience in large civils or structure projects needed.

There is plenty of scope for career development and advancement on this project as it grows. The initial packages of demolition and site clearance will be followed by excavation, drainage and RC frame packages. The contractor is responsible for the project through to final handover and sale of the units so the fit out, M&E and finishing packages all come under the same management team.

To build on the current and impressive growth the company is actively seeking to employ from the industry a Site Manager with extensive RC and Civils Experience. You may currently be a Senior Engineer / Agent or Experienced Foreman within the industry with this specialised knowledge and be seeking advancement.

Ideally with good and strong organisational skills, an in depth understanding of industry, strong client liaison and communication skills, and the motivation to ensure satisfactory delivery of specialist packages of works through to completion.
