This is the opportunity to join an expanding team within a large multidisciplinary organisation with projects ranging from several thousand up to several million pounds. Current projects include flood defence, coastal work, commercial and private housing developments and assisting the Geo-environmental team. You will join a team with a friendly atmosphere, excellent support from senior staff that is known to treat their staff well and therefore have excellent staff retention.

The role will entail geotechnical assignments, acting as package or project manager, working on ground investigations, interpretation and design, with particular emphasis on river engineering works (slopes/retaining walls/earthworks) and soft ground problems. The work will be office based but with frequent visits to sites and other offices. You will have a degree in Civil Engineering or related subject and training will be provided.
