Job Description
An established London based property management company with an impressive portfolio is looking for an experienced client accountant to work on their own portfolio of accounts and deal with all accounting aspects relating to that portfolio. Other duties include the inputting of service charge budgets, raising charges and demands ready for sending to leaseholders.
The successful candidate needs to have proven previous experience of using one of the following property systems - TBS Tramps, ECS or APB.
