Job Description
This management position for our established Housing developer, based in the southeast is embarking on an increasing number of traditional high specification housing developments.
We are looking to recruit a Design Manager to lead an in house Architectural Design Department, with a strong knowledge and understanding of residential development including town planning, concept design and detailing.
Ideally you will be RIBA Qualified Architect currently with a developer or practice at an associate/team leader level. CLearly demonstrating leadership qualities and ability to liase with outside professionals.
