Job Description
Our established client is looking to add a senior role to their design team, who will be responsible for the preparation of drawings for obtaining Building Regulation approvals.
With over 40yrs experience as one of the leading specialist developers, award winning, with national press accolades as leaders in the retirement residential properties sector.
This opportunity will allow responsibility to assist with a number of projects at any one time, under the instruction of the Technical Manager and assisting with team supervision and training.
You will have qualified to HNC or HND level also competent use of AutoCAD is essential, and must hold a platinum Manager CSCS card.
