Job Description
To work on hotel projects in Cyprus, Vietnam, Thailand, Greece and Spain.
Experienced senior technicians must know how a building goes together and know building regulations.
Applicants must have had experience on site and have proven skills of running site jobs. You will have proven Leadership skills (as you will need to run a team of say 4 to 5 people).
Excellent design skills and AutoCAD proficiency is required.
They also need 2 experienced architects/technicians with excellent detailing skills; very proficient in auto cad with extensive use; an ability to manage construction packages involving information production, liaison with suppliers, specialist sub-contractors and the main contractor. This project is a new build 5* hotel in the UK.
