Job Description
One of our clients, a niche property commercial management firm is looking for a experienced Property Client Accountant.
The role requires the following:
1) Preparation of periodic clients reports and any other add hoc reports in accordance with specific clients requirements .
2) Payment of rental income to clients in a timely manner.
3) To prepare rent, service charge and insurance demands in a timely manner prior to
quarter days.
4) Posting of standing orders on a daily basis.
5) Reconciliation of designated client accounts on a monthly basis.
The above role is busy and fast moving and requires the successful candidate to have experience of working within property accounting. The use of a property system such as TBS Tramps, ECS or APB would be a distinct advantage. For more information - please email info@cobaltrecruitment.com.
