Job Description

Our client, the investment arm of a large pension provider is currently looking for an experienced bought ledger clerk for a 10 month contract who has experience of handling invoices for property clients.

The role is situated with the service charge team and the main tasks of this role comprise of:

* Processing of invoices through system within agreed timescales.

* Answering customer queries both internally and externally.

* Managing the ‘Accounts Payable' Email account

* Assist the Service Charge Team with journals, mail merge and dispatch of service charge budgets and actuals.

* Setting up and maintaining word and excel documents.
