Job Description
Senior Building Surveyor for Local Authority required to undertake medium and large scale complex projects to a high professional standard, by acting as the Contracts Administrator. The ideal candidate will be required to work effectively within a team consisting of Assistant and Building Surveyors ensuring quality, timeliness and compliance with procedures which are consistent with the project imperatives.
You will have knowledge of and be conversant within Local Authority workings, working in Housing, Schools and Public Buildings. You will be an experienced Building Surveyor qualified to RICS level or equivalent and desirably have experience in CAD or NBS.
