Job Description
Superb opportunity for a polished Receptionist to run the reception area of this W1 based Management Consultancy on a one year contract. The responsibilities will include the following:
To own the Reception area making sure that it is tidy and presentable to all guests
To meet and greet guests in a welcoming manner and direct them to the appropriate floor or person
To be fully informed as to what meetings have been booked on any given day and have a list of all guests expected. This will ensure a professional and informed approach to dealing with clients
To take phone messages accurately and distribute them quickly
To be a hub of helpful information by understanding the general whereabouts of consultants, clients, internal meetings and general day to day office activities
Administration
Responsible for booking all couriers, taxis, arranging travel for consultants and booking restaurants
Manage the company calendar, events listing and photo albums
Schedule and organise monthly lunches
Deal with incoming and outgoing post including deliveries
Organise the archiving of boxes and network back-up tapes
Maintain Office Support information lists such as telephone directories, employee information etc.
Maintain Act database and provide support for all mailings, Christmas cards and event invitations on behalf of Business Development
Manage adhoc requests
Support for HR Manager
Support the HR manager with administrative tasks e.g. setting up meetings, interviews, material preparation for training courses, personnel file set-up
To assist with any tasks as they arise
Consultant support/other
Support rest of team, as required to create a responsive and flexible overall Support team
Skills
