Job Description

This medium sized engineering consultancy has recently embarked on a 6 year contract with CBS Outdoor working on the design and fitting of advertising throughout the London Underground that incorporates cutting edge technology. Their role includes the initial inspection, assessment and design of the advertising bords as well as liaison with the various stakeholders and supervision of the construction works.

They require several civil design engineers to join them in their Central London offices. Requirements include a degree in civil or structural engineering and some practical design experience. Previous London Underground experience would be desirable but not essential and applicants from oil and gas, telecoms, bridges or building structures backgrounds would definitely be considered.

In return, successful applicants will enjoy working with a dedicated team in a company that has further aspirations of working within the London Underground environment. As well as the advertising works, they are also embarking on station refurbishment projects which could be part of the successful applicant's role.
