Job Description
Another award winning housing developer is looking to employ a Technical Co-ordinator with developer experience to work on a new site in Croydon, reporting to the Head of the Technical Department, you will have good knowledge of all aspects of Housebuilding. Responsible for co-ordinating consultants for completing technical design packages. You will have experience in discharging planning conditions,full understanding of current Building Regulations, NHBC Standards, CDM Regulations and competent use of AutoCAD.
