Gangers x 2 – Permanent. Freelance option available if preferred. Formed more than 10 years ago this Groundworks and Civil Engineering company is steadily expanding, winning further work in the Hampshire, Berkshire and West Sussex areas.

The Company is a Groundworks and Civil Engineering contractor which works principally for major housing developers, constructing roads, sewers and groundworks for new residential developments. The company intends to build on this and to run their own development projects. Contracts range in value from £50,000 to £6 million, and currently their annual turnover is in excess of £20 million.

You will preferably live within the Hampshire area and will be allocated an area based on this whereby you would be generally expected to travel to sites within a 1 hour radius of your home. Covering from 1 to 3 sites depending on the particular requirements of each site you would be provided with a company vehicle or a good car allowance, with additional benefits of exceptional bonuses plus 20 days annual holiday.

Probably with a minimum of 5 years practical experience, working for a groundworks contractor, you will either have a recognised qualification in the relevant disciplines or be able to demonstrate considerable practical skills, being fully conversant with current civils and groundworks construction methods.
