Junior Sous Chef - £21,500 2AA Rosette - Central London 5* Immed. Start
This is a modern 2AA Rosette restaurant with a 3 million pounds investment. The Restaurant is located in Hyde Park corner and although based within a 5* Hotel, its independently managed and run.
We are currently seeking a Senior Chef de Partie or a Junior Sous Chef who will have similar experienced within a fine dining (Rosette) Restaurant.
Suitable applicants will have Chef qualification - experience in high standard kitchen, steady & reliable CV and willing to move up the career ladder
Conditions
Basic salary of £21,500 per year
6 shifts per week (40/45 hours) Overtime paid
Free meals, uniform and other various benefits that you would expect from an International and reputable Hotel chain
Work in a large, well-equipped, air-conditioned and open kitchen
Immediate Start Date
