Night Manager – 4* Hotel - £16,000 - Cambridge – Imm. Start – Live out
We are known in Cambridge for our great service, standards and luxurious accommodation, and recently we have been awarded “The best Hotel in Cambridgeshire”.
We have 52 bedrooms with contemporary and luxurious interior; the hotel has also a fantastic Mediterranean style restaurant.
Currently we are looking for a Night Manager, which will:
- Create an excellent first impression to all visitors
- Develop a thorough knowledge of the hotel’s computer system (Ramesys Omega)
- Conduct staff training and demonstrate excellent customer service
- Prepare items from the 24 hour room service menu and serve drinks to residents in the bar
- Co-ordinate the set-up of function rooms in line with customer requirements

The Person:

- An experienced Night Manager looking for a move, or a Deputy Night Manager looking for a step up
- With energy and enthusiasm, you will control the department and the team of two Night Porters
- A helpful and friendly manner, you will use your initiative to help us make Hotel Felix the best hotel in Cambridge
