Job Description
A Consultancy based in Bedfordshire wishes to appoint a Building Surveyor for an ongoing contract.
You will be required to produce cyclical and planned maintenance programme reports, schedules of condition/dilapidation and specifications of building works up to value of £50,000. Projects will vary from minor works to major refurbishment projects. Most of the specifications are prepared for commercial buildings and only minimal housing projects, therefore commercial experience is essential.
The successful candidate will have experience of Construction Design and management Regulations and experience of producing specifications for commercial type buildings. It is essential that you have an awareness of asbestos requirements.
