Our Client is a highly successful property developer based on the Essex/Herts borders. Due to continued success they are looking to expand a busy Technical Department with an Architectural Technician. You will be working in a modern and exciting office environment in teams providing full working drawings, specifications and technical support on a range of innovative, new build bespoke schemes, conversions of listed buildings and commercial buildings.

Ideally you will have previous residential experience, although we will consider candidates fom other backgrounds provided you can demonstrate the ability to detail, have strong Autocad skills, and hold either an HNC/HND Building Studies/Civil Engineering or equivalent.

You will have a proven track record in the production of working drawings and detailing, be well organised and an effective team player. Benefits include pension and gym.
