Job Description
Due to continued success this well known developer is
looking to expand a busy Technical Department with a Senior Architectural Technician.
You will be working with the Technical Team leader providing drawings, specifications and technical support on a range of innovative, new build bespoke schemes, conversions of listed buildings and commercial buildings.
Previous residential experience is preferred, although consideration given to applicants with with other experience with demonstrable detailing ability using Autocad, qualified with a minimum HNC/HND Building Studies/Civil Engineering or equivalent. You will have a proven track record in the production of working drawings and detailing, be well organised and an effective team player. Benefits include pension, gym.
