Waiter – Head Waiter – Outstanding Hotel – Suffolk - £12K - £14K – Immed Start

This hotel is set within 1800 acres of National Trust Parkland. The East Wing of the original house sees the re-birth into a stylish yet comfortable hotel. All 27 bedrooms (and 11 additional apartments) offer luxury, style and comfort. The food is classic English using fresh local produce.

This hotel is currently looking for a young and enthusiastic Waiter – Head Waiter to join its dynamic Restaurant team.

Job Description
• Head Waiter will train & manage floor / sections
• Carrying out mise en place before and after service:
Polishing cutlery
Polishing glasses
Collecting dry stores
• Take orders from the tables within the station
• Professional service of food/desserts and coffees
• Responsible for own station and ensuring it has the correct contents
• Give and maintain high customer service
• Resetting of tables
• Removing dirty linen
• Collecting clean linen

Job Requirements
Good English, excellent customer care and presentation. The ideal candidate must have Hotel & Catering diploma and/or at least 6 months working experience in a quality establishment
