Job Description

A Contracts Administrator / Quantity Surveyor is required for the Fit Out of the New St. Pancras International Eurostar Facility, comprising of 6 new platforms 455m long with all associated ticketing, security, passenger access, leisure and retail facilities. Project Value is £30m. This is an extremely fast, high value project with multiple work faces ongoing simultaneously.

Pre Construction and enabling works have started and the first packages are currently being procured.
Experience of delivering high quality fast track fit outs is essential.

The ideal candidate will be:

Educated to degree standard preferably with BSc Hons Quantity Surveying.

Demonstrate clear responsibility of running medium value projects on his / her own with an assistant or alternatively being a very capable number 2 reporting to a senior surveyor on large or challenging projects.

Strong experience in procurement of packages, running / chairing mid bid and post tender interviews.

Experience of letting packages and placing orders

Experience of producing monthly cashflow forecasts for trades and packages.

The candidate will be expected to look after a variety of trades on multiple workfaces.

A high level of motivation and commitment towards the project.
