This Local Authority is in pursuit of a Project Manager to work on a variety of projects, whilst working alongside and reporting to the Senior Project Manager.

As the ideal candidate you will have a proven track record in working on estate regeneration projects with experience of urban regeneration development project management as well as working with diverse communities. You will have sound financial management skills and have the ability and confidence to manage the project in accordance with "best value" principles and requirements.

Essentially you will have a relevant professional degree or equivalent, have a proven track record of continuous professional development and have a further professional postgraduate qualification or equivalent.
