Job Description
This Local Authority require an Assistant Planning Supervisor to work on a variety of projects associated with Education, Public Buildings and the Council's existing Housing Stock, whilst working alongside the Principal Planning Supervisor.
You will have a thorough understanding of the built environment from initial concept through to project completion, with particular reference to co-ordination and delivery of Health and Safety. You will have previous experience within a related profession of Architecture, Structures or Civil Engineering and have detailed knowledge of the new CDM regulations which come into force in April.
Preferably you will be a car user as site inspections will be required and have an appreciation of CAD drawings and be IT literate.
