Job Description
An immediate opportunity has become available for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to oversee 2 immediate projects for the next 6 months. The first project is a school extension and the individual will need to manage contract documentation and create cost plans. Second is an Olympic related sports pavilion project, construction has already started but they urgently require a Quantity Surveyor to liaise with the main contractor on the project. Ideally the successful applicant will have general build experience and has experience writing cost plans and handling contract documentation.
