Commis Sommelier–£14K-3AA-London City-Overtime paid- Immediate start
We are an up market and fine dining 3AA Restaurant located near in Bank station in the City of London.
Currently we are looking for an enthusiastic Commis Sommelier.
Our Restaurant receives a big amount of Media coverage and clients range from food critics, writers and actors. We have a low staff turnover as we look after our staff.
The ideal person will be someone who has a good knowledge of wines, is studying for his/her WSET (Wine Spirits & Education Trust) certificate, or working as a Wine Waiter or Commis Sommelier in a quality restaurant.
You will need a good knowledge of English, focused and hardworking. Wine & Sommelier qualifications are preferred but not essential.
