Job Description

This medium sized sub-contractor have experienced steady growth year on year since they were established over 10 years ago. They specialise in timber framing and joinery and are looking to expand their workforce and recruit a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator.

Based from their office in the Northern Home counties your role will involve the management of all surveying and estimating together with the cost control and financial handling of contracts. You will be reporting directly to the company's joint managing directors.

You will preferably be from a sub-contracting background and timber framing experience would be advantageous. This is a great opportunity to work for a friendly and successful company who offer a great working environment.
