With an aggressive growth strategy in place, Calco Services, established in the building design and construction industry for more than 20 years, is on the hunt for like-minded potential Recruitment Consultants looking to exploit their past experience in either the Recruitment, Sales or Construction sectors. Age is not important. Attitude is.

Building on a network of clients both in the UK and abroad, you will posses the proactive attitude to exploit the increasing opportunities in this sector.

You will be involved in the full recruitment process from initial prospecting via cold calling, networking and candidate marketing through to managing the applicant flow and making those placements.

The successful individual will be a team player, not only driven by an individual desire to succeed, both personally and financially but also by the desire to see your team achieve their goals. In addition, you must be able to work autonomously, be self-motivated and ambitious. This role will NOT suit an individual looking for an easy ride, but the long-term career prospects will reward you for your efforts.

The opportunity to mould and lead a successful team is available for the right individual. On this basis you can be a recruiter with management experience or an ambitious consultant looking for immediate career progression.

Based in East Croydon, the package will consist of a Generous Salary, Performance Bonus, Monthly Target-Based Incentive Scheme, Life Cover and Company Pension Scheme.
