Job Description
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Development Control Team Leader with a major London Borough Council. You will play a key role managing a mixed case load encompassing residential schemes up to 20-25 units. Additional duties include coordinating the team members in the managers absence in comjunction with validating and vetting planning applications. Successful candidates must have acquired a wealth of experience as a Development Control Officer in the UK.
